We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Tournament Live is a mobile app for live streaming of matches, part of the Tournament Expert product. The app does not collect, store, or process personal data. It generates a random installation identifier (UUID v4) that is stored locally, is not tied to any person, and is deleted when the app is removed. To open a stream, the app sends only the tournament PIN code from the organizer's QR code to the tournament.expert API. The app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracker SDKs; third-party code does not collect data from it. The "Cookies" and "Log Data" sections above apply only to the tournament.expert website.
MatchCaster is an Android app for displaying tournament content on a TV or monitor, part of the Tournament Expert product. It does not require an account and does not send personal data to Netinfo. Netinfo does not use MatchCaster data for analytics, advertising, or tracking and does not sell it.
On first launch, MatchCaster generates a short random device identifier (four alphanumeric characters). The identifier is stored locally, displayed on the logo screen, and used in the device's local network name (for example, MatchCaster_AB12). It is not derived from hardware identifiers, is not linked to a person, and is deleted when the app's data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.
The app stores its configuration (playlist, zones, display and audio settings), the local identifier, and diagnostic logs on the device. Logs may contain local IP addresses, content URLs, and technical events. They are used only for local diagnostics, are not sent to Netinfo, and remain until the app's data is cleared, the logs are cleared in the web panel, or the app is uninstalled.
Images and audio are loaded directly from URLs configured by the organizer. When the app requests content, the server hosting that content may receive standard request data, including the device's IP address, request time, and User-Agent (which includes the app version). Netinfo does not operate a central analytics or tracking service for MatchCaster and does not receive the app's playlist, logs, or device identifier. The hosting provider's privacy policy applies to its server; organizers should use HTTPS URLs for content.
The app displays the device's local IP addresses and advertises a local mDNS service name containing the identifier. This information is visible only to devices on the same local network and is not sent to Netinfo.
MatchCaster includes a local web panel and log stream. They are intended for a trusted local network, have no user accounts or authentication, and should not be exposed to the internet (for example, through port forwarding).
MatchCaster does not use cookies. The embedded web panel may store interface preferences in the browser's local storage. The app contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The Google Play version does not request permission to install other apps or access external storage and does not perform self-updates; updates are delivered by Google Play.
The "Information Collection and Use", "Cookies", and "Log Data" sections above describe the tournament.expert website and other Tournament Expert services; for MatchCaster, this section applies.
To delete local data, clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. Netinfo does not hold server-side MatchCaster account data. Questions about this section can be sent to support@tournament.expert.
